JPS Towing LLC started from the bottom with just one truck. The business has since grown to three trucks, rollbacks and off-road recovery trucks, so it can cover more area and take on more jobs from the home office in Toronto, Iowa out to Maquoketa, DeWitt and the Quad Cities.
The work runs from towing and recovery to lockouts, fuel delivery and tire changes. If you do not know where your vehicle should go, you will get a recommendation, and the reviews say that advice is part of the call.
The trucks are kept clean, and one reviewer noticed the air conditioning on the hottest day of the year. More than one review mentions getting a ride home or to a hotel along with the vehicle.

One of the best experiences for towing I’ve had. Was fast and dependable, very professional and even gave us a ride home. Was cheaper than anyone else we called.

Van stopped running in the middle of nowhere near Maquoketa. JPS able to help within the hour. Provided recommendations. Very Knowledgeable. He keeps his trucks very clean and has air conditioning! Perk for the hottest day ever! We appreciated him taking us to our house & our van to the auto shop. Thank you!

JPS Towing deserves every one of these five stars, plus more!
After having trouble with our truck while pulling our camper, we needed help getting our truck, camper, ourselves, and our two dogs safely home. JPS handled a split tow for us and made the entire process so much easier than we ever expected.
They were incredibly patient, kind, efficient, and professional. What impressed us most was that they weren’t simply there to tow our equipment—they genuinely cared about making sure our family was safe.
They made sure our camper was properly parked at the campground and continued taking care of us even while hauling through severe weather. We never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience.
When you’re stranded away from home with a truck, camper, two dogs, and bad weather rolling through, having someone dependable show up means more than you can explain. JPS Towing was exactly that for us.
Thank you for getting all of us home safely and for going far beyond what we expected. We would recommend JPS Towing without hesitation!

This is the place to call when in need of a tow or tire change! He was so nice and helpful! When my vehicle was not able to be fixed due to previous mechanic, he towed my car and gave me a ride to the nearest hotel! He gave me a great deal on a Sunday after hours!
