We take the flat off and put your spare on. Please stay well back from the road while we work.
Next stop
Head straight to a tire shop to fix or replace the flat. With no usable spare, we tow the vehicle there.
No spare, or a flat spare?
Not every vehicle has a full spare. Some have a small temporary one, and some have none at all.
In that case the answer is a tow. The vehicle rides the rollback to a tire shop of your choice, and we can suggest one if you ask.
Before we arrive
Pull as far off the road as you safely can, hazard lights on. Don’t drive on the flat: it can wreck the tire and damage the wheel.
If your wheels have locking lug nuts, find the key. It is often in the glove box or with the spare. A small spare is for short, slow trips, so go straight to a shop.
