Ditches, drifts and soft shoulders
A ditch pull depends on the depth, the slope and what the vehicle is sitting on. A drift, a mud hole and a soft edge are a different job each time.
Call and describe it. Tell us how deep it is, which way it’s facing and whether it’s on its wheels. We’ll say whether we can pull it.

What if my vehicle will not drive after?
Then it rides out on the rollback. We tow it home, to your mechanic or to a body shop. Say where when you call, or ask for a suggestion.
Should I try to drive it out first?
Gentle tries are fine. Hard, repeated spinning only digs the wheels deeper. If it won’t move, stop and call. Stay out of the roadway.
